  The ‘Tree Cover in Wales’ Towns and Cities’ study is the first nationwide study of a whole country’s urban area to be undertaken anywhere in the world.   'TreeStreetView' is a citizen science/art project that is aiming to encourage members of the public to collaborate in mapping and monitoring trees across the world.  It is an application of Google Instant StreetView to locate and record 'roadside trees ' that draw attention to themselves.    The purpose is to increase public awareness of the arboreal heritage of roadside and the many benefits that trees bring us.
